FitFlop, UGG & Hunter Boots Showroom and Outlet Shop

Bought 2 pair of shoes yesterday. I was assisted by Olana. What a beautiful lady. She sat on the floor in front of me putting the shoes on my feet as I tried them on. Not once did she get impatient. Definitely an asset to your shop.

It’s a nice shop if you want to come in and try on but otherwise so easy to just order online from Shoetopia and they have great specials and it’s door delivery!

Variety of fitflop shoes available with friendly staff.

I am disgusted by the service. Bought a pair of fitflop sneakers last month which broke at the eyelet because there is no reinforcing in the eyelet and the leather is extremely thin. Took it back to the shop and instead of replacing the defective shoes, they insisted on repairing a very expensive shoe I wore thrice, bought a month ago and was clearly defective. This is extremely poor customer service and I will not purchase anything from this store again as they clearly expect customers to carry the cost when their expensive products break. I have had this design of shoe before and the leather was much better quality and the eyelets were lined. This shoe was clearly badly made and if I had it for months or had worn it extensively, then a repair might have made sense, though given the cost, the shoes should hold up and not break within months, but to not replace them when they were barely worn and bought the previous month, is shocking!

I’ve recently been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and had incredible pain in my feet. I could hardly walk with the amount of pain. Then I discovered FitFlop shoes and what a lifesaver. So comfy and supportive. The team at their warehouse has been absolutely amazing, patiently assisting me and even allowing me to exchange shoes. Service does not come better. I can very strongly recommend not only the shoes but also the store and staff. Thank you guys for all the help. I’m a client for life.

I have been meaning to visit the showroom for years.finally acted end at the end of March.i took my 18yr old granddaughter to advise me. We both enjoyed ourselves.We came away with matching silver leather sneakers - feeling very cool (& she swore she wouldn't be caught dead in flt flops).i also bought a pair of rose gold sandals from the sale shoes.no fuss, no glam in the showroom.even less in the bargain area.we loved the lady who assisted us.she was smart, sassy, funny &efficient. although I gathered from other comments that she is not everyone's cup of tea. When we walked in she looked straight at my fitflop shoes and said old stock"; she knows her merchandise."

Would give zero stars if i could.Been buying Fitflops since they launched in SA many, many years ago. Since.theyve moved to Paarden Eiland and opened retail stores, I've received the most shocking and condescending service! The lady at paarden Eiland was extremely dismissive and rude. Ignored me completely even though she was on the floor space with me, butnthen went onto acknowledge someone who had walked in much later, and offered.them assistance..in another recent incident, a sale.person at one of their newer retail outlets pointed me to the cheap shoes" ( her words) when I enquired about about non leather microwobble board shoes ( works great in the gym shower etc). Incodently she pointed me in the direction of the i-cushion range.when I specially asked.for the original microwobble sole

For the exclusively and high price of the product the service was pretty shocking. The lady who was mopping the floor was the only one tried to assist us when I bought boots and the shelves looked like they were falling apart when you picked up a pair of shoes and tried to put it back. For a store who stocks rain boots and flops at around R2000 a pair I really expected better service and display.

Great store , all the Ugg’s and many more brands although I did expect the prices could have been at east 20% lowers than retail shops . Staff helpful and friendly, will be back for my uggs in winter .
