Well, the servers are incredibly friendly and there is always great music playing. The food is ok. I wish the seating made sense. It just doesn't. There are very few spots to sit comfortably while waiting. And, it definitely is NOT for dining.

I'm thoroughly annoyed with this KFC. Service was good, BUT this is the third time I have to come back because what I ordered is not what I receive, there was a piece missing or got thos isntead of that or something. Haai maan fix this. You are wasting my time, petrol and money! And if this has happened more than once to me, who else has gone through the same and not complained? Can this be the last time for ALL your customers.Thank you Sello for sorting it out.

Situated at the main entrance of Campus square. KFC as conventional as you know it. This one is often busy between 5pm and 8pm due to the surrounding university and student accommodations.The seating area is normally quiet, well ventilated with plenty of space.The food is clean and tastes good as you would expect fresh KFC.Avoid rush hours(5pm-8pm) if possible, there are long waiting times, food not prepared and presented properly due to the large amount of orders.

They have given me a wrong order, I wanted streetwise pap,but no body advise me that there is no pap ,I was given the streetwise two with fries, when I enquire about it, I was given a mini loaf that was already expire, how do I know it was expired it was tasting very sour, then I did finish my meal I end up throwing it away,So this was a very bad experience

Service is slow when there's loadshedding and it would be a good idea if the employees would bring food to the table when sitting in instead of waiting for their order in the foyer. And if it's a sit in try should provide eating trays instead of providing the brown packaging like people who do take out
