I was there on the 24th September. I bought a camouflage creme. I experienced good customer service. The sales rep was friendly and she gave me a pamphlet which had all the services they render to clients. I'm definitely going back for more.

I love Kryolan as a product. Yesterday I went to the Lynwood branch to test for the correct shade. After a bit of forward and backward between myself, Nella & the Manager we agreed on a color. Today I opened the product to use and found I was supplied an incorrect shade. Kryolan Lynwood want me to pay for a new foundation as this one has been opened. I am not happy that I need to pay for a mistake I did not make. Also no effort has been made from their side to accommodate me in this regard. Shoulders have just been pulled up and said: Sorry""
