Fantastic! Arrived 1232, filled forms , had 2 license cards, tested ordered and paid, left at 12:04, before loadshedding scheduled at 12:00. Friendly, helpful, patient staff.

Faster turn around than expected for learners appointment. It is still a government dept so do not expect a warm welcome or helpful staff. Grin and bear it because the wait is not too bad

Would be helpful if a sign can be put up on the road side, as it took me a bit of time to find it the entrance. Apart from that, I received excellent service. The people working here are fast, friendly and efficient. Much better than most DLTCs. Parking area is sufficient and secure. I wish we could experience a similar level of service delivery in other departments.

Horrible service, no organisation, rude and disrespectful staff etc.It's unfortunate and disappointing that this is the only service of its type in Klerksdorp.

Apart from the waiting for the electricity my services where taken care of in good time, the staff didn't feel non-accommodating at all. It'll be a timesaver if they had generators for these times of loadshedding.

Very slow and frustrating. One stands in a queue for the whole day just to renew 1 individual license disc. There should be a queue for people who are renewing more than 3 license discs (mostly for people who are working for dealers). One person stays on the counter for 30 minutes. It is totally unaccessible. If they can have their dedicated counters and be separated from the ones who are there for one or two discs it will be better.
