My broker Salome Naude assisted in opening a savings account of sort where i had to pay R1000 a month for 3 years. Once i asked it to pay out i only received R34000. So i lost R2000 from my installments and all the interest i should have received for 3 years

The financial adviser I dealt with (Ludwig Venter) is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. He has no emosional intelligence as well. He does not have the client's interest at heart, he only wants the commission he gets. I asked him to withdraw some money from MY OWN investment and he contacted my mother. Today I asked him to cancel my one policy and once again he contacted my mother, as if I am not old enough to make my own decisions.I asked him nicely to cancel this policy and he basically implied that I do not know what I am doing and my research is wrong etc.I sent him another email to cancel my policy and he decided to resign as my financial adviser. And told me to contact Liberty myself to cancel the policy. Obviously he knows that he is not going to make money of off me anymore therefor he does not want to do the work.I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY YO ANYONE.

They rejected our claim knowing very well we were wronged and ddnt care of the Road accident report we wrote, they rob people, they told their client to change his statement and that's how they sent us their no prejudice" conclusions. After waiting for 3 months without a car they told us they wont compensate us

We were contacted by Johann du Toit informing us that the previous broker has left. After the ordeal we've been through with our whole Liberty Portfolio, he offered to assist with cancellations and to assist to put Retirement Annuities on hold as the funds were invested in Steinhoff and we lost a truck load of money. Upon his visit (for which he was unprepared for) we sat and looked at paperwork, for 2 hours and didn't get anywhere. He suggested a new meeting..... We gave him a list of policies that we wanted cancelled. To date nothing was cancelled, although he changed the information to be our broker with Liberty. I kept saying we must consolidate our RA's and life cover and keyman insurance. Nice try! Making nice fat commission of life cover that is perfectly fine. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED. This is the exact reason why people don't trust insurance brokers. STAY AWAY from Insurance Zone. Some of their brokers are purely out to write up a new policy.
