Went there yesterday afternoon very disappointed. From initially walking in and not being seated while the manager just looked at us. Went to 2 waiters at the register 1 totally ignored me and the other said I must find a table they will help me. Waited for 40 minutes saw the waiter and waved at them and they still ignored us. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Would not recommend

We actually went to Oxfords to do some shopping and my wife spotted Booties on our way in and suggested that we have lunch afterwards. We did now Monday was super hot so I decided to have a beer again disappointed ( I use Hops in Ballito as my beer price barometer as they are right on the edge on the beach and you have this wonderful sea view and there only charge R38 for a Castle tanker Beer) same price here although I was drinking Castle 2 Hansa draughts appeared on the bill which were R40 each weird. My point is my view was the back of a shopping centre whilst sitting outside. We ordered the burger and chip special R59.99. Shame on you the owners how desperate are you that you have to rip customers off, the burgers arrive and to be honest it looked like a patty had been cut in 4 and two of those pieces were used for our burgers, yes there was this tiny burger piece on my bun. So you all have a special on burgers but cut back on the patty sizes, I looked at the main menu and the normal price of a burger was around R120.00 so if you use the same small patties you use on the special price burgers you are ripping people off, so overall this place in my opinion is a youngsters hang out at night times.. I just feel ripped off shame on you.

Ordered simple burgers. Took over 1 hour. Burger special wasn't available even though advertised on social platforms. Food came with no cutlery. After asking for the bill, the printer machine apparently had a problem for over 40 minutes. Just all in all a bad experience. Would not recommend.

Overall very good experience.Always a good vibe.I think the new rule of men having to wear long pants is very silly and is causing a decline in customers. Especially in summer months.And the bouncers and the door are very rude in general.Once inside you will always have a good time.Waiters and waitresses are amazing as well as the bartenders.I think the bouncers need to work on their attitude.Other than that have very few complaints.

If you looking for a quiet place to have a meal dont go here. Staff are very loud often shouting at each other from a distance when communicating. Pizza was tasty but the base was not cooked so was a battle to eat. Saw a couple burgers going by which looked good. This place had more of a bar type vibe than a restaurant.

The waitress took half an hour to bring our drinks. My friend had an candyfloss cocktail which didn’t fit the description on the menu and tasted appalling. Our food took an hour to come. Some of my friends (who I was with) food was not cooked properly. The waitress also forgot one of the food orders. We then asked for the bill when it was time to leave and it took 45 minutes for the bill to be delivered to our table…. The waitresses excuse was that it was busy however it was very quiet that evening and not many customers… Very appalling service.Not to mention that another waitresses was doing body shots on the able with one of the customers while we were walking out and the manager was laughing besides them.
