Firstly I would love to thank Nigel and Team for the excellent work done in removing and replacing a new dome and gutters to our property in Welgelegen. From the word go they kept to the schedule as planned, The work was done with great care, always cleaning and clearing everything after the job being completed. Empty promises , no shows and no apologies. It is frustrating to say the least as the installation was done by this company and still under warranty. Meantime the leaking skylight is causing damage to my wall and floors...

I have been trying for the past 5-6 months to get hold of them to still supply a pole to open the roof window they installed and we have also discovered a leak when it rains. Phone goes unanswered and they seem to be avoiding coming back to do the repair and to supply something that I have already paid for.

I will never recommend this company! It’s been more than a year that I am waiting for them to sort out my leaking skylight which they installed. My calls or messages are not returned/responded to. The installation was done poorly and after-sales service is terrible!The skylight was leaking from the beginning (following the first rain last winter)! Nigel made promises to sort it out and I’m still waiting!
