We received a Terrible service this evening from the manager, Daniella and Sphisihle. We placed an order for extra sauce and upon receiving it, we checked it and discovered that there was no sauce. We politely requested that they add sauce, Sphesihle took it with attitude, and she later gave it to us. I again checked it and said to my wife I don't see. Nonetheless, we opted to go home. We dished the full chicken into a bowl only to find that it was like braai dry meat.We called the manager and she was rude and defensive. We drove back and the manager said she poured extra sauce. When I showed her evidence of dry chicken, she continued defensively until when I dangled a piece in front of her, that's when she kept quiet but even so, did not apologize. We ended up demanding our money back as she wasn't prepared to meet our requests.

Just had the worst experience ever at a Nando’s!Waited at the drive through for 12-15 minutes for two items, with no communication from any of the staff that their equipment was not working and there would be a delay despite my hooting and asking to speak to the lady on duty. Obviously she left her customer service skills at home today!Asked for a refund which took more unnecessary time. So all in all a wasted effort!

The drive thru takes forever especially when there’s load shedding, but the food has always been up to par and the employees are nice. They do also tend to run out of things like fries and certain drinks.

Everything was great. I just wish plates can be removed after customers eat so there are less flies. We ate and sat to finish our drinks, no one came to clear the table and since it was hot, there where flies. Otherwise the food was great.

Apparently this is the closest restaurant from their head office, all the stuff seems lost, I don't know it is because they use the site as a training ground. 3 stars because the food taste original, service is something not to be desired.
