Lancet Laboratories - Waterfall City Hospital

I went to get a Covid test done. It was quick as I was there for 15mins maximum and efficient to register. The lady who administered the test was gentle and it didn’t hurt of feel intrusive. I was very satisfied with the service.

A few weeks back I need to go to Mozambique, so I went to am path pomona like I normally do when I need to travel, they had the longest lines ever!, I swear every time I went there they got more and more unorganised, so I called lancet at waterfall to check if they do travel covid test, found they do and it's the same price that ampath pomona is charging so I up and outed out of that ridiculous car line, nb there is a car line, a park and wait line then a payment line and sometimes a testing line....seriously unbelievable that that they expect people to wait hours in lines to get tested ....went to lancet found that there was absolutely no lines at the lancet and ampath covid testing at waterfall hospital, will always go to waterfall hospital from now on for travel covid certificates....

Probably not the fault of Waterfall but waited well over 24hours for a Covid test result. I would use the Ampath lab next door rather for more efficient service . The testing procedure was quick so will give them some credit.

Pleasure experience. The nurse was very pleasant and helpful. I was there early, before their opening time and they accommodated me with no fuss.

Short queues, quick wait times and overall time to get bloods done.Staff friendly and gentle with needles etc.Hospital offers 40min free parking - big bonus as most others have shorter intevals.

Situated inside the Netcare Waterfall Hospital.I love this LANCET there is never much of a line the staff from the reception lady to the nurses it is awesome.Nurse Gift gave me a smooth painless service lovely conversation all my 15min and I was in amd out.

Great experience. Was there for a blood test just before 07:00 and was dealt with very timeously.

Please keep all your statements with you, you may get a call after 1 year that you need to pay money which you didn't even give any tests in lancet.
