A really nice, clean gym. Biggest negative is that the aircon in the studios is usually turned off which can make them extremely uncomfortable to use.

Terrible and absolutely shocking service from the reception team. They always speak with rude and arrogant intentions, especially NONHLE. The only good thing about this gym is the cleaning team - they are always friendly and kind.

Awesome gym, Virgin active standards. It's clean and everything starts on time. I loved my time there, would definitely go again. 4 stars because I didn't check out the sauna.

The equipment is old and dated...broken equipment takes forever to be fixed....currently the steam room is not working and there is zero timeline as to wen it will b fixed

My all time favorite gym ,no other gym can compare when it comes to their facilities, cleanliness as well as their friendly Staff. Hubby and I thoroughly enjoy our workouts every time. There is always enough parking and I feel safe as a woman. Convenient as well ,Cascades shopping centre is a short walk away so getting stuff for home is super convenient.
