Bella Rosa Village.
Nice and private. Get left to pretty much your own devices. So perfect for the person who doesn't like having to deal with house keeping or receptionists. A flat that is fully self service complete with washing machine and dishwasher.

Beautiful flats, spacious and great security. The gym is a big plus! It's a full self service complex with washing machine.

A very calm a pleasant atmosphere inside Bella Rosa. Parking is easily accessed. Havnt been to the gym but will possibly visit it soon sould the oppertunity arise.

Noisy (both parties and TV/Music noise). Security only comes out if requested multiple times, incl Sundays. People shouting over walkways and at lifts. Difficult to find a parking near the entrance if you don't have a bay, as outside companies have rented all the bays (they don't use them, but the residents aren't allowed to either).

Good renting place, very small rooms though. Perfect for students or just married couples. Has a gym and pool, and is very close to tygervalley mall meaning you are able to do everything you need very close by. Relatively close to PIHE, and nice place for first year students. It's very neat and tidy, and the complex caretaker Leon does his job very well.
