Sereno Health & Beauty are the best. The service, especially from Catherine, is excellent and what's more she even gives her old towels to the local SPCA. What a star! The treatments are always good and the atmosphere is calm and refreshing. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough. I have an appointment soon and can't wait!

Arrived a little late got lost and not even been told that she will not be able to do such or such due to the lateness or rather reschedule. I received unfriendly service and therapist(owner) made me feel very uncomfortable during the whole treatment. I left with a chin full of beard" hair long ones I might add after being charged R80 for the chin wax. No offer of tweezing either she mentioned let them all grow long and wax again......the hair is very bad and no person will walk around like that. Worse experience ever."

Extremely disappointed with service. I Ordered two vouchers for a full body Swedish massage R390 for my mum and aunt for Christmas, they wanted to use the voucher in May but when my Aunt came to the salon to book a date she was told they were too busy and could only use the voucher in June. When they called again to book the appointment for June they were told the Swedish massage was no longer available when the vouchers only expired at the end of July and instead received chair massage for R360. When they arrived on the day the lady had two kids with her and no one to assist my aunt and mum. Really poor service and a waste of money.

Honestly, the most stunning place to get any beauty treatment done! Cath is always professional and considerate of her clients. Hate the months I have to skip out on treatments, but Cath is always sure to message and remind me about my Dermafix orders! Thanks for being wonderful Sereno Health and Beauty :)

I have been going to Sereno since they opened and I have never had bad service from Cath herself. She is professional and kind. I can tell her I feel a hair" or " I am not happy with my brow" and she will make sure it is done to my satisfaction. I love her pedicures too much. I cannot see anyone getting poor service from Sereno. New salon is lovely
