If you constantly want to send support queries because your internet connection isn't stable, or their towers get DNS attacks, or the connection just randomly drops and takes forever to re-connect and wait for the support to respond to you and rectify your issues 3 days later only for things to work 100% again for one whole day then this is the ISP for you. Hell they will even charge you because these guys are so perfect at not doing their jobs that they can't seem to figure out that the issue is on their side. I'm just tired really these guys, won't recommend them, you will have more luck with a flash and a uber driver.

Excellent service ! Used Easy Web for over a year. Support team is always on hand to assist and on site promptly should you need further assistance. Internet speed is hardly an issue. One happy camper here :)

Poor services from this company. I have had consistent poor services and poor network.I signed up for a 15 speed and we have been getting less that 5.Called the call center to cancel and now I have been threatened with legal action.Ridiculous service provider.Will not recommend their services at all

Very poor after hours support- they do not answer the phone on Saturdays or after hours.inability to solve problems except for Dwane.weekly unplanned downtime.they dont keep to the contract terms of support or provide stable internet.I am moving away from they as soon as Monday Morning!!

For anyone thinking of using Easyweb to design your website, please be careful. They have put a Viagra advert on my site and refuse to remove it. My site has now been downgraded and doesn't even appear in searches anymore. Google won't even let me advertise it because of the Viagra advert so I'm losing business. I have sent 4 emails to them, including the CEO himself, and have received no response. Stay away from Easyweb, it will be one of the biggest regrets of your life. It's one of my biggest regrets, they have nearly destroyed my business

They have assisted me since the day I signed up with them. Good response when I have questions and each month I recieve my invoice on time and pay on time. Good job guys

so tired of Easyweb!!! for the past 4 months i have been having constant problems with my internet. support is suppose to work until 10pm but i called way before 10 and their phone goes straight to voicemail. i have constant deadlines for work and need my internet for this as i have mentioned to Easyweb before but always receive the same answer we will call you back we just have to make a few adjustments" but when they call back after an hour or two they say we see there is something wrong but we don't know what.The service at Easyweb has gotten so bad a think i can actually get better support from Telkom."

Very bad service we have received from easy web... Endless problems with connection and they always say they will sort it out and nothing ever gets done... Finally we have canceled our contract with them. Wouldn't recommend then to anyone. Pathetic
