Not happy at all with the experience I got, I was filling my bus tag so there lady added wrong zone in my tag which I asked for Rosebank and she added Randburg, and I was told they can't rectify the problem I need to go to putco Depo, when I got there I was told I must go to Pennyville. So all that travelling must go out of my expense, as an employee if you not sure about something or how to rectify a problem, ask the manager

The shop has cockroaches, it's dirty and it's liking water. They like giving us their big red plastic for few items and like giving us 10 cents. When your change is R1,30 they give you only 10 cents. After paying please make sure to check your change before living the shop

Today I was insulted by a manager by the name of sthembile ndlovu and a cashier by the name of Betty mailula I was with my 8 month pregnant wife asking to cash up my groceries the attitude she gave me was that of a persant with over R1500 rand's of groceries she clearly was disrespectful I recommend she be fired from the store along with the cashier that hesitated to do her duties

The customer service is really bad and I want to email the headoffice. The lady by the name Noziphiwo Mlaza gave me a horrible service , I'm not sure she took for granted of me or that's how shopriteistraining their staff to behave like that . My card fell on the side of the counter and all she can say to me is that there's nothing she can do before attempting to try and help me . I was devastated then she left me there for about 20min helplessly. I have never been so humiliated like that while doing shopping at any other store . Shoprite jabulani is the worst I will tell everyone about such a drama that I encountered at shoprite.
