Very poor service delivery waited for an hour and 15 minutes. No communication from the unfriendly staff about what’s happening? Then some other doctor decided he will see me instead of Dr Hassim and this man had a terrible bedside manner rude and condescending.He and the staff appeared as if they required a crash course on how to use their own facility, fumbling with the computer system ,moving me from room to room. The staffs approach was very abrupt and no common courtesy.No apology from the doctor I intended to see.If you know you are running late give the patient the option to wait or rebook them.
