The items are sold at a good price, and the cashiers are friendly and ready to assist, I withheld the 5 star because I didn't get service at the big appliances side twice. I wanted to buy a tumble dryer, the lady there just looked at me.

Used to be one of my favourite places to shop. But this time the experience was just bad. Few weeks ago I went and bought maize meal and got home to find out it's totally infested with bugs, went back to Game and asked them NOT for a refund, but that they should just remove the items from their shelf as I suspected they all had similar problems. It was resolved.Now few days ago I went to get some stuff and also got a Lindt chocolate, didn't check the expiry date cos I simply trusted they wouldn't place anything on shelves if expired especially after previous experience. Got home and whilst I checked everything before I opened the box, there it was, a month old expiry date. What a shock!Took it back, I didn't care about the refund, I just wanted them to stop this immediately. Went to customer care, they called a person responsible for food section, and he just refused to come. So another manager finally came and assisted, only to find that they had other numerous chocolates with same old expiry date. It was disappointing. He replaced my chocolate and promised this won't happen again, I really hope its the last time.

The worst service ever. Mr Isaac Muswubi is failing clients as the manager. I waited 30 minutes in the returns counter because the cashier was on lunch. I was second on the queue and the person that came before me was complaining about being therefor long. The workers inside the shop are not doing anything. They're just standing in groups and discussing gossip. The store manager Mr Grant Phillipson was no where to be found. The store doesn't deserve even a star rating

Good customer service. They have a clean shop and their products are well-organized.The queue is usually very long but it moves very quickly because they try to use most of their tills.It would be awesome if they can always use all the tills and divide the queue into smaller queues.
