Been trying for over 2 weeks just to get hold of someone. On their website, on the WhatsApp line or the phone just rings. No wonder the reviews are this poor. And when someone responds to whatsapp you have to constantly prompt them and beg for answers. Will take my business elsewhere.

I ordered a chandelier on Friday 17 February 2023. The payment was made after hours.On Monday 20 February 2023 the goods were delivered from Port Elizabeth to Pretoria. This is exceptional service.The chandelier is perfect and the price was very reasonable.I can most definitely recommend any person to do business with Mega Lightning as they are extremely professional and deliver an excellent service.Thank you so much.

Easy to buy from, but if you need to send back an item for warranty then expect a government level of ineptitude. I am guessing they staff their store with poorly trained minimum wagers.

I have been trying for nearly a month to get this issue resolved.My order #2044, was delivered with one light broken. I reported this telephonically on 5 March and also by WhatsApp immediately after the call to provide photos. The only person who has ever assisted me, is Ano. I have called many times and spoken to a so-called manager, but to date, I have not received a replacement for the broken glass. Your WhatsApp number on your website is ignored, emails bounced, so how is this actually going to be resolved? I have also tried to contact you on Facebook and LinkedIn, to no avail.I am quite frankly disgusted at the utter lack of customer service. All I want is for a replacement to be sent.

Thanks for wasting my money Mega LightingBought lighting online, delivery was good but product was delivered incomplete (aka, not as pictured online).Called in to find out what had happened and just got excuses which didn't change the situation at all.After logging my complaint I let them know that I wouldn't be buying from them again.I was very arrogantly told It's fine

Shocking service. Placed a order over a week ago. Tracking they provide does not work. Have emailed them 3 times no response and still no delivery!
