I'm not wasting my time any further to explain everything that went wrong with this pathetic company. Be warned. DON'T EVER EVER EVER USE THEM!!!!!

Bank insurance claim on laminate flooring. Took them 20 days and 4 teams to complete the job that shouls have taken 1 day. Frustrated as hell.

I was given this number as someone said they were very good. I called them to arrange a quotation at my premises for laminated flooring.To my dismay, the person who answered the phone was either not interested in my business or in taking the call. At some point during the most terrible conversation with her, I mentioned that it sounded like she didn't want to talk. She said she couldn't hear me.She kept on sighing and breathing in and out. I asked her to take my details, she had a problem doing that also.I tried my level best to be patient because I know her first language is Tsonga. But all I got from that interaction was waisted airtime and time.How does Apple floors make business. A receptionist is the face of the company.She eventually said she was gonna call me back. And yes she probably did, but I couldn't answer the call as I was at work.One tries to support local businesses, but met up with situations like this.I'm very disappointed in the Frontline of Apple Floors. Makes one wonder if they can handle a job of putting laminated flooring if they struggle with a mere telephone call.

I had storm damage to my house more than two months ago. My insurance nominated Apple Floors to replace the floors in one of my rooms. It has been nearly a month of trying to get them here. They removed the damaged floors in the second week of December. Since then I have been struggling to get them here to finish fitment of the new floors. I have phoned them numerous times and they keep promising they will come. I was promised again they would be here today. Again a no show. I have tried calling about 10 times today and no answer. I even called the owner Rhulani who was not available and did not even have the decency to return my calls. I will not recommend them to anyone and will inform the insurance of their terrible service

Just finished off laying new laminate for us and WOW great job. Professional and neat and always on time. Highly recommend.

I found this supplier via a social media post that was shared. They came out and did a no obligations, free quote for me. 3x rooms measured and provided possible samples. We delayed the process from our end but they helped through it all. Came through on a Tuesday morning and what i thought would be a whole day affair took only a few hours. Quality flooring and post instal advice was appreciated too. Thanks team and Rhulani.

Apple Flooring will convince you that they can build Rome in 7 days... But will still be running to Builders Warehouse for materials on day 9.If you're choosing Apple Flooring, expect poor communication, horrendous planning and a rather strong disregard for client issues. They advised that my job would take 2 days. After a week, it still hasn't been completed, and that's after making about 25 calls to get them to keep to their promised dates (most of which went unanswered).I've heard enough lies and false promises from Apple Flooring management to leave anything more than a 1 star.

Followed their unroadworthy bakkie, watching the driver jump red robots and nearly collide with an audi. Zero care for others
