PG Glass Satellite Table View

What a nightmare, first order they got the wrong glass then on the second time they came to my daughters place to install on site and the same wrong glass was brought through. This is now in a period of two weeks and still no windscreen replaced. Lorna did not even contact me this morning to say the windscreen was incorrect. I called her to ask what happened again? She was unaware. really ridiculous service from this PG Glass. I would not recommend them at all.

SLOW SERVICE = PG GLASSI regret doing business with this branch. No communication, no response to emails, took a week to get a quote, waited more than a week for the glass to arrive, didn’t bother to notify me that the glass arrived, ONLY after i followed up i was told the glass arrived a couple days before, installation was done the day after. No invoice received, no receipt. Nothing. And turned out that I was over charged, it’s been 3 weeks…. STILL NO REFUND. WEEKS.I’m disappointed…

I had a terrible experience with PG Auto Glass Table View this morning. I tried to call the satellite branch but nobody answered. I then called the call centre and was told that my car car is booked in for 9am for the glass fitment but when I arrived I was told by the tyre fitment center which PG Glass share with them, that nobody from PSG has come to work. I'm extremely disappointed and annoyed.

Great customer service. Quick and efficient. Friendly staff as well. I would definitely recommend PG glass Tableview.

Visited the store to replace motor glass smashed in a break in. Was told they were offline and that if I left my number they would phone me when back online. Needless to say, I’m still waiting for that call! Glass was replaced by Glasfit who bent over backwards to help me. Poor show PG Glass!

Worst service ever. Wasted my time and day to use these people. When I got there at 4pm today, there was no staff. They told me the lady will be back on Monday. I sat with them on the phone all morning so they know I was coming and. I ordered a window and everything and nothing got done!! I will never recommend this place to anyone!!! Worst nightmare ever!

Don’t bother! You can’t get hold of the branch itself - only the call centre. The call centre confirmed the branch will be open today only to find out they weren’t. No I am stuck with a broken window after someone broke into my car and they can’t install the plastic window for safety till the window arrives only only in a week!I contacted Commercial Auto Glass N1 City instead and they can help me today - on a Saturday within 1hr for less than half the price!!!Don’t bother giving your business to PG Glass. You can tell by their other reviews too.

I phoned over a week ago to book my vehicle in to have my windscreen replaced. After not hearing anything from them between then and now, I phoned today to confirm everything was okay for me to come in on Monday to have the replacement done - I was shocked to get a response of 'Oh sorry I remember you called to book it in, but I forgot to order it, so we don't have stock for you'. Appalling service and will not recommend anyone use them.

One of my worst experiences ever. I called at 9am and been given to call another number where number given of they representative was off all day and I got nowhere when I called again to office just took my number and I was promised someone willContact me shortly but unfortunately day passed and of my many calls to them I got nowhere or someone called me. When I asked to speak to manager I was told sorry manager left at 16.00 after all prostration I called another company where my problem was resolved with out any stress and in 30 minutes. PG glass please maybe your can close your business as your office staff just not interested to help clients. Rather employ staff where they want to work but not let business down and care about it. To all clients please run and run far from this business there much better companies where want to help you and returns your calls immediately as promised.
