I had excellent service. When I got into the shop they were busy taking out some furniture for delivery but the cashier and the other salesman had to leave and attend to me first.Kudos to them.

I am not happy with the service. Bought lounge suites from them. When it came time for delivery it was delay after delay. Both lounge sets had issues/had defects with them.tried to call there was no response.called again in the 1st week of the year and I have been getting no proper feedback on when these sofas will be replaced or fixed. I have had to call constantly and told I will be contacted but no real feedback.

I'm also having the same issue.paid up my lay-by on the bed we purchased.did the payment on tuesday.they were scheduled to deliver today(thursday).i called the shop asking about the delivery.they told me to call back after 30min.called after 40min.talked to Lerato.she assured me the deilvery will be done today and that i will receive an sms before delivery but nothing as of yet.i am really disappointed in their service.i've made another deposit on a fridge,but if they are so poor in their delivery of our goods,how can i even trust them with that delivery?

I don't recommend their delivery service. If you want any of their products organize your own transport. I phoned to find out when they will do a delivery they said the same day but never delivered. The next day it was the same response, they still didn't deliver. I am literally still waiting 4 days later.
