My daughter is always happy, friendly and patient staff. Just a few improvements could amplify the experience but that's more a management issue than the actual work. ie, bathroom, generator but all in all I'm happy

My daughters love having their hair done her. Friendly and professional staff that produce great work however the management side of the salon needs a lot of work.They use old and dirty towels, those towels have seen better days honestly and for the amount of money we pay, management can afford to regularly replace towels instead of using those old, discoloured and dirty towels on our babies heads.They have also been using 1 hair dryer between 4 hairdressers for a good three months now. This makes the waiting period longer because each hairdresser needs to give the other an opportunity to use the hairdryer on a client. When that hairdryer gets overheated, then the dryer seizes to work entirely and we all have to wait for it to cool down before they can continue working on our kids heads. This is truely frustrating as every parent is required to make an appointment however we end up spending 2-3 hours waiting in line, irrespective of the appointment made. Each hairdresser should have their own hairdryer as a bare minimum honestly.Great staff! They try to get you to calm down and understand the situation but it’s extremely frustrating, if it wasn’t for those lovely ladies that do my daughters hair, I would not have a reason to go back there after seeing all this but my kids love them and I think regardless of the challenges they face they still do a hell of a job hence we keep going back.Management needs to do their job of maintaining the salon and stop chasing money only!!
