Wasting my time. You never answer your phones. Never. That is not even worth a star in my books. This is causing a huge inconvenience to most people as we then have to stand in a long line just to find out one question that might have taken only 5 minutes to answer over the phone.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. WE APPLIED FOR A LINE TO BE INSTALLED IN JANUARY ALREADY AND AFTER 6 MONTHS WAITING, THEY SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT JUST TO NOT SHOW UP. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. PETHETIC!!

The staff is strict and adhere to the covid rules extremely well. Customers and staff combined. When it came to the knowledge regarding my contract and upgrade, the service was excellent and the staff member assisting me was patient and knowledgeable guiding me through the products available. Then the process itself was painless. I will use this team again should the need arise.

Problem for the last 2weeks. No answer on this land line at all. tried to phone the 10210 line 20times already and they keep on assigning and escalating call to some one that doesn't exist.Went to walk-in center and spoke to Rolene who send a mail to the acting Supervisor 5days ago. The tech was suppose to fix problem previous day with no response.

I went to cancel my one contract. A lady (Tracy) and a very friendly older gentleman assisted me and I was in and out in 20min. It was a pleasant experience.

Secunda was without water for 4 days and then the Telkom people damaged a waterpype in Danie Theron street and again we sit without water. Why arent the team beter supervised. There are water leaks everywhere they go. Tonight we are siting again with no way to shower or do the dishes. Thank you Telkom

Hello, today I went to Telkom Secunda with two bank statements and IDs for me and my girlfriend to check which phones we can get on contracts. The guy at the entrance told me to sit down 2 minutes later another customer entered and tried to press the service machine at the entrance the the guy at the door asked the customer that who said you must touch the machine, I told him not to talk to the customer like that because the machine on your entrance is talking to the customer when it says “join the queue, click here to start”. He then said to me “I’m not talking to you” we started arguing then his colleague tried to cool him down, he then said “I wonder why you still here because the system is offline”. I started getting angry again that why he didn’t tell me early that the system is offline. I ended up throwing the statements in the shop because I was angry, that was today at 12:14 - 12:24pm. I’m so disappointed. I even lost interest to buy the cellphones.

Can't get hold of the Secunda branch for 3 weeks. Phoning different times but whole time busy.I can't travel there without talking to them first because I'm far from Secunda.Therefor needs to talk with an agent regarding 2 contractsBut no answer at all.
