Cellini is the worst brand of luggage you can buy. I had a couple of their bags and they break after just a couple of trips. And the warranty is not even worth the paper that it is written on - they refuse to repair anything citing normal wear and tear. For instance, I had a cabin bag (so I hardly checked it in) where the zip does not work but they refused to honour the warranty saying it is normal wear and tear. How can the defective functioning of the primary means of closing and securing your bag be wear and tear?
