My recent experience at Cell C in the Rosebank Mall was really phenomenal. Njabulo who assisted me was pleasant, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and patient. Dealing with Njabulo was an absolute pleasure.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE. I am appalled by the service received. I went two weeks ago and handed in all documents needed to change ownership and was assured it would be sorted in 2/3 days. I didn't hear back and then tried to call for an entire week and couldn't get through. When I did get through no one knew anything about it. I then got in my car with all my reprinted documents and was told they can't do anything without a manager but they would call me on Tuesday. I called them and nothing has been done. It is an easy thing to do and has become the biggest mission costing me money and time.

Normally I am not keen on any cellular shop and their service, but I was absolutely impressed with the Rosebank branch, thanks to Portia that helped me over the phone for an upgrade. Then went to the shop and got my new phone, I spent 5mins in store. Very efficient. Thumbs up

My experience with Cell C Rosebank was an excellent one and that's all thanks to a incredible employee named Dee. She was beyond helpful, full of life and just a pleasure to deal with. She not only helped me with a difficult and time consuming request. She did it with so much enthusiasm and joy! I'll definitely be going back just because of her.

Hi I'm so overwhelmed by the service is got from Thuli,I just got mugged the previous night and I didn't insure my fone ,so it was so stressful for me,I went into the store and found an angel,she comfoted me and helped me to apply for a new fone,I'm so happy with the service,we need ppl like her in our lives, excellent service Thuli and the team, keep up the good work

I must say i understand why Cell c is bankrupt. Its time to take my contract to someone else. So i went to rosebank to ho and upgrade my contract. Staff not friendly. No stock on Samsung products. Its better to closed Cell c
