The Service is so poor, They sale you staff they don't have at the store and tell you that it's a display store but you will receive your goods in the next 48 hours since it will come from the warehouse.Then it will take more than those hours when u call them they will tell you about waiting listBad services ever wouldn't advise anyone to go buy to this store

I stay 2 minutes away from them (300m) and I was charged R200. The next thing the delivery guys tell me they cannot take my item up because the lift isn't working. I was required to hired additional people to take my item up.

I'm so so disappointed by fair price. I was promised to get my delivery within 6 days. Now its been more than 2 weeks still waiting. No communication, no updates, but they always come with excuses when I call. U never see me in that store again.

I'm very disappointed and upset I'm still waiting for my stuff and they said it takes 7days to deliver guess what it's almost a month now. It's either they don't pick up the phone or give you excuses. And even now my stuff is still not delivered. No more poor service
