Bought an Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 laptop 2 months ago and it has had nothing but issues. The first week the keyboard would stop working randomly for hours. Next issue was that the laptop would power on and the keyboard would light up but the screen stayed black. Tried to get in touch with Lenovo tech support, they were the most unhelpful call centre I've ever dealt with. They said they will call me back once the lines clear up. they never rung back even when I left my name and number. Still have the issue with no display (Black screen) almost a month after it occurred. Lenovo you need to fix your tech support lines.Very disappointing when a customer is in need of help and they can't receive it, what's the warranty for anyway.Took a chance by buying from Lenovo rather than my usual choice of Apple. Safe to say this will be my last time doing that.

I'm surprised its even got 2 stars. Lenovo have taken 3 months to collect a laptop. Have said its now not under warranty so we will have to pay for the repairs. After extensive disputes were not paying for the repairs but its now going to take 8 weeks to fix... all it was, was the battery

Would not recommend. Received faulty product - reached out 1 week ago to arrange a replacement and still nothing resolved. Customer service team is horrendous.

Very disappointed! My son just closed his LENOVO YOGA 7 laptop as normal that night after use, the left hinge just broke! His dad checked what happened and the right hinge broke as well! So surprised and not so surprised after checking online and found so many complaints while Lenovo customer service didn't even care and insisted that those were physical damage! Never just trust but check online reviews before you purchase was the lesson I learnt! Pretty expensive lesson though.

Lenovo pulled loyalty points from our account without any communication.Had some follow up from customer support after a complaint was made with vague promises of further communication which never happened. Have purchased Lenovo products in the past, probably won't again.

I have purchased my laptop 10 days ago and I've know idea of it's whereabout. When I call the customer support base in Malesia they asked me to check with DHL (using the tracking number) Of course the tracking number does not work. When I checked with DHL they asked me to check with Lenovo. This is a never ending loop. It's very strange and very bad customer service experience. When I asked them to refund my money they hesitant to refund money. I have no idea what to do. Can the Australian consumer affairs help me on this? Any advice?

Lenovo should be ashamed of its level of customer care.I had my Lenovo idea notebook repaired because the letter 'r' wasn't working properly - either not responding at all or repeating 2-3 times. I paid for a replacement keyboard. It took 3 months.Just over a year later, exactly the same problem with the letter 'r'. I said this was too much of a coincidence, that it must either be a manufacturing defect or my keyboard was not replaced.They don't care, they said it was a year ago so pay again. I will not be purchasing Lenovo again.

Gee I clicked on them as I had an issue; and look at their poor rating! Seriously LENOVO I have a 2019 YOGA 530 laptop and you're telling me why my Bluetooth is not playing some speakers is because this laptop is not totally Windows 11 compliant???? Are you serious? In today's world YOU cannot design a laptop that is upgradeable with Windows? I have 3 Lenovo Yoga Laptops but I cannot risk buying anymore. Sorry you have lost me.

I bought a monitor on 26 November 2021, and cancelled later on since the delivery not happened until March 2022.2 major issues :1. When placed the order online, it said stock is AVAILABLE. However, the invoice showed delivery in March 2022.2. Request to cancel the monitor as I didn't want to wait. Lenovo's refund of the cancellation took them almost a month to reach my credit card. Refund was only received on 22 December. Why did it take a month to receive the refund when I paid immediately?Think twice when you want to buy Lenovo products. Any out of normal transactions, even a simple refund will take them 1 month to get to your account. Unacceptable!I didn't want to put any star at all, but ZERO star rating is not applicable.

Lenovo do not honour their warranty, extended warranty is useless they will do anything to get out of it. for a common fault worldwide with their usb-c port they quoted me $1800 to repair the laptop without inspecting it saying they have to replace the motherboard and the laptop cost me $1100, The only course of action I can do now is take the dispute to VCAT. So if you don't want to go to VCAT don't buy from Lenovo.
