Appointment made with plumber for 15h00 Friday. Plumber only arrived at 12h21 on Saturday and took 5 hours to complete a job that was suppose to take 2 hours max. Ridiculous rates charged on invoice. Similar materials can be purchased at local hardware stores at a fraction of the invoice price. Basin where work done started leaking the next day. Phoned the office to query invoice. Response was: Speak to plumber". Very disappointed."

The work was done quickly without any hassles, however I could not get an invoice out of Arnold Pretorius after numerous messages. This means I can not claim the money back from the landlord and had to pay it myself. Not satisfied at all.

The plumber chipped our bathroom tiles; see attached screenshots. We're still struggling to get him to come and fix it. Instead, he wants to make our telephone numbers publicly available (?), and he threatens to post an illegal telephonic recording with no clear intention. I wish I could find a workable solution: giving them critique over the phone doesn't go down well with them.

I phones the company to come and check a blocked drain on one of my tenants. A lady answered and scheduled a plumber to still go out the same afternoon. When I followed up 2x days later the tenant told me nobody contacted her and she still sits with the blocked drain. I was speechless. Never again will I call this company again. Untrustworthy to say the least! No communication and empty promises.

Very happy with their service. They could quickly identify what the problem was and were very professional. They have expert knowledge of plumbing and can diagnose the problem and provide a solution very well. They let me pay via EFT over the weekend after they had already been to my house on the Friday, so they did not become obsessed about the payment - instead they were more interested in assisting with the problem. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to other plumbing companies that I got quotes from. Will definitely be using them again in the future and I highly recommend them.
