If i had it my way i would not give this store a one star! Worse experience ever the staff act as if they paying us to shop there highly disgusted with the way they treat customers and we chose two items a dress and coat and my fiancé told me to leave it back and walk out the stores because the attitude of the stuff is disgusting never again will i enter this store

Poor service at your Pavillion branch, no help from staff. Staff always gathering at the counter. Had this experience in Dec and yesterday 13 February. Also the store is still awaiting packaging to be delivered from December....

I loved it, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The dress I bought had make up stains from other customers fittings so the manager gave me a discount...to my delight of course lol. I think by now everyone knows that forever New sells THE best quality in clothes, you are content with every rand you spend.

The best customer service ever at Forever New Pavilion. Huge shout out to the staff there especially MJ who goes out of her way to make sure you are happy and get your correct sizeLove shopping there. My favourite store. The staff are extremely helpful, kind, friendly and make you want to come back and shop there all the time

I purchased a dress online .. to my surprise on arrival of my dress it looked like the dress was worn already as it had a rip in the shoulder of the garment as well as had a broken loop where the belt attached .. for the amount of money being spent I really did not expect this … staff should be checking the condition of the garments after they are returned or after someone has fitted them … not sure if I want to buy from forever new again .. it’s a shame the dress I bought is beautiful but not in a good condition.
