I had frozen Dog food delivered from Pawesome Raw.Great communication from Blue Sage couriers from the start via email and WhatsApp. They also gave me an estimated time, and update on drivers location.Really impressed by their professional service. Parcel handover was done correctly and the cold-chain was kept on receiving the frozen food.

I have been using Blue Sage refrigerated Couriers to deliver my dogs frozen food for a few years now. They have always delivered on the times given and the food always arrives frozen. When I needed them to change one of the times delivery they did so with a smile and made sure that they got there in time; in fact they got here earlier than expected. Every driver that there currently is and was, is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The Blue Sage team provided continous updates and communicated well from the time my order was dispatched.The goods were in good condition and the delivery team was friendly.What I appreciated most was the ETA they provided in the morning for my afternoon delivery. Most companies I've come across don't do that which is inconvenient as you hang the whole day, so thank you Blue Sage.

I love Blue Sage, I wish other couriers could take notes, specially regards to being able to track the delivery and the estimated delivery times. They always deliver in the hour time frame provided and i can see how close they actually are. Friendly services and they assisted me when i could not personally accept collection. The driver is very friendly and helpful. If i could id give more stars.
