Fantastic Crossfit box. You feel at home, the coaches are always friendly and ensure you are on the right track. Their passion and motivation, is what's keeping me going back every week. The whole atmosphere is like nothing you'll find anywhere else.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff makes this an unequaled experience. Morne' & Zacko are hands-on & make you feel special. Not many gyms can claim that! I would challenge anyone to find a friendlier fitness centre.
