I order a family meal on the KFC app, bt was disgusted at the chicken I was given bcos it seems all looks been refried probably whole week and no1 wantdd it, bt it was given for me and my family.

Nice vibe kfc, very nice wings, top notch streetwise chicken with that sweet taste of mayo in coleslaw. Went through the drive through it was quick, fast and to the point. Only thing was I shorted a R2.

Waited 20 minutes for a 10 piece zinger wings, no communication or explanation as to why the wait was so long.And when you ask how far your order is, the response is “it’s coming now”.Would not recommend this branch.

Perfect location for easy access to the drive thru unfortunately it wasn't working when I was there. The front counter staff were very helpful and efficient. The self service was down but that didn't affect the efficiency all in all a good experience

KFC Rocklands is Always delay and the food is not up to standard. On the 12th of May 2023 we come to the store round about 19:50 in the loadshedding only to realize that KFC Rocklands was close due to loadshedding. We were waiting for the loadshedding to be over and finally when they reopen the store we could order our meals. Stuff was friend and helpful.But when we got home and we wanted to eat. That is when we experienced the terrible food chicken was so hard on the outside and dry inside. I send over R300 for food that went to waste.This is not fare towards us as customers we don't get the food for free we pay for it. But only to be disappointed everytime we buy at KFC Rocklands.
