If I could rate this place no stars I would.Today is my 4th time that i get home just to go back to the shop because .......MY ORDER IS INCORRECT!!!!!!!!Short of sushi pieces...looks like they throw my food in the take away container.The sushi brakes...and they give me stuff which is not even on the platter.The attitude I get is horrific. When I phone the lady was professional.But when I get to the shop the rude abrupt woman gives me attitude and clicks her tongue at me scratching her head & tells me to speak to her manager to short the food out. She then carries on to make the sushi WITHOUT washing her hands. The Manager" then comes to me & I ask her if she is the manager to which she replied no...Now Asami's staff is lying to.I ask the "manager" she must speak to the lady regarding her attitude. She tells me forgive her she is sick.WHY IS A SICK PERSON WORKING WITH FOOD....COVID IS STILL AROUND.I wonder who of Asami will contact me???"

Service was good.Bought a 24 piece platter - sadly the salmon roses consisted of quite a lot more rice than salmon. The rest of the sushi was average, yet nicely displayed. Since this was a Tuesday, the buy 1 get 1 free promotion made it worth the cost.

Had a lovely experience here.The staff is very friendly and helpful.Nice variety of sushi types on conveyor belt.We did the Sushi Buffet special and it was really worth it.The restaurant is hidden away in a ally next to Spar and the store is very small, but the space is used effectively.Ons problem we had was that there was too much vinegar in the Sushi rice. Maybe tone that down a bit

This place must be a money laundering operation because they definitely don't care about food. Food was old and cold. Person who took the order was unfriendly.

Went for a quick dinner as a treat after a very long day.Was not bad at all!!!Restaurant itself only seated us and one couple by the sushi bar. Takeaways are by far the most popular as well as deliveries.Restaurant was quite clean, and the tables were all laid in very orederly manner.The surrounding shelves and open cupboards all had various boxes and ingredients for the sushi that we usually store in the the storage or pantry and not in the view of customers...but it was just interesting to see a different style of management.Food was good, a little on the salty side, but good. Sushi was made fresh and tasted delicious, definite recommend.The concept of everyone eating from one big plate instead of individual side plates was very unique and first time experience from me personally.Great experience overall. Keep up the good work. Will definitely be back again whenever am that side.Take care...

Ordered the chicken special on uber eats with asamis cape gate, the chow mein had literally 2 pieces of chicken in it with no vegetables other than some small pieces of cabbage, it was literally just noodles. There was no sweet and sour sauce for the sweet and sour chicken, only sweet chilli sauce. I've now had horrible service at 3 Asami branches and won't recommend them to anyone, bitterly disappointed in this quality.

My 1st experience: (takeaway)Bought fried rice & chicken, 4 portions - found shattered glass pieces between my food.2nd experience: (takeaway)Thought to myself okay, let’s try the sushi…Either they provide the worst soya sauce made for mankind or they drastically thin it… Looks like grape vinegar and tastes like nothing…As for the the sushi itself, that was not too bad, hence the 2 star rating… some pieces are really loaded with rice though vs fish ratio…Overall - would not recommend…
