Am so disappointed with KFC Hillbrow. This is my third encounter with the same problem. I bought 2 streetwise 2 and coldrink only to find out the chicken and chips are very cold after waiting for 20min of time and got cold food. Very disappointing. So shocking. I went there yesterday 11/2/2024 around 7pm

Took me 30 minutes to get an order when I asked for a refund someone from the back shelves shoute d umrefunde I wonder if the management is ever there to monitor the service provided its a shame such a buisnes conduct check with the till operator who was on duty last week Friday first till towards soccer bet she admited that i waited too long

I was pleasantly suprised at the great customer service received from Musa this evening. After the cashier had messed up my order I requested that it be corrected. It turned out the difference to pay in was too small to swipe for and they asked if had any cash on me. Unfortunately the cash I had wasn't sufficient and was still a few rands short. Musa the manager / supervisor happily came to the rescue and waved the amount so I can still receive the items I had originally ordered. Keep up the good service Musa.

Went to try the new wrapsta box, I met a very friendly cashier who was very friendly and very helpful. My food took long but I still enjoyed it. If you are patient check it out, if in a hurry don't.

Last night I had bad experience. Tasteless and somehow like rotten chicken. No salt/spice issued. Staff very unhelpful and rude. I would not recommend my friends to this restaurant. We are done
