The service was not great at all, the person helping us not friendly they had a bit of an attitude. The food was not fully cooked, ordered the chicken strips and they were not cooked I was eating medium rare chicken strips I would not recommend buying from there

Ordered food on Mr D, food wasn't being delivered over 1 hour 30 min i decided to call and inquire about my order a lady by the name of Ashley picked up the phone and told me the driver ate my food so its not their fault i have to contact Uber Eats, mind you i ordered via Mr D. So i decided to go myself to ask about my order when I got there Ashley whom i spoke to over the phone gave me a nasty attitude and told me i must wait because she is busy with cash up. Told her im here for my order she wasn't even looking at me until the manager came through only to find out that my order is there but not delivered. That lady Ashley has a nasty attitude and I am not gonna buy from mochachos in Mall@55 again

I have been waiting for more than 35 minutes for an order. They only started making my order when I went to them. Others came after me and they received their order before me. I am soo disappointed in this restaurant

We ordered via Mr Delivery and the food arrived as ordered, in a timely manner and it was delicious. I should say that we don't often order here (because we don't often order takeout) so this could have been a fluke, but I'm going on the assumption that it wasn't and if that's true, then I can recommend them. We ordered 4 chicken burgers, two packs of chips and some burritos. The chips had the option of being upsized but that would have been overkill. In other words, the portion sizes are great and the prices are very competitive, making this experience a very positive one. If I order here again soon AND remember to update the review, I'll add some info and change ratings if necessary, but for now, well done!

Ordered our go to meals, veggie shwarma and nacho crunch, which are normally fresh and tasty. I don't know if we got December leftover ingredients this time because nothing was fresh, not even the chips. Such a disappointing meal.

1xSchwarma mild meal; 1xSchwarma hot. No taste and not enjoyable. Steak very hard and dried out. Blob of mayonnaise and chopped cucumber salsa dump like". Not recommended at all."

Ordered a salad. Got this excuse of a meal. About 3 chicken strips in here. Not impressed.Edit to add: Rude staff who seem incapable of understanding the concept of how time works. Rude management who takes enjoyment in telling customers that they are wrong instead of just owning up to mistakes.Edit 2: They always get my drink order wrong.

Ordered on Mr D. Food was delivered in 30 mins. No delivery issue. Worst Moachacho’s branch by far . The food was super bland and dry. Unmarked with no cutlery or serviettes even though I requested it. This is the second time I’ve ordered. First time was the same. Decided to give a second try. But never again!

I had a very bad experience in this restaurant last week, and I doubt I will ever set my foot in it.Waited an hour for my order only to be told there were mixed up with orders and it looks like someone was given my order.I was told they are busy preparing it and I asked how long must I still wait, a lady by the name of Anna said We are busy with it please give us a break".The comment got me mad and I asked the cashier to be refunded
