Very poor service, i bought ceiling material at the Modderfontein/Mayibuye branch on 30/6/21 they said they will deliver on Friday ,they didnt deliver nor call to say why, when i called they said they dont have stock. I just spoke to the headoffice, theyve transferred me to Lebo from the store shes so rude and unprofessional ,she put the phone down on me

It was nice after opening an account and deposited money, the lady who was helping me send me to other guy to assist me with the quotation, but the manager refused, I ask why he said quotation takes time so they decided not to do it, I was shocked and hurt broken and I went back to that lady to explain what happened she was surprised she said their doing it but because manager said so there's nothing she can do, I'm thinking of taking my money back

Bad customer service experience from a young man who is playing with his job, I went to buy building materials, he checked lintels in the system for a requested size, he came back to say they got, I paid for everything only to be told the lintels are out of stock. He gave me an attitude saying to me you'll get a refund and he walked away mumbled something , I ended up calling for a manager who promised to speak with him. I requested that he be trained on customer service .

Purchased a door from Builders in Mayibuye I was advised that delivery will be made on the 3rd day however today is the 4th day and door is still not delivered, I called and I was told that they will call me back as they checking for stock... I'm still waiting for phone call.
