The border is very convenient since both stamping stations are at a closer range. You need to come mentally prepared to cue on busy days since it gets packed up and takes long to stamp. One of the busiest borders accessing Swaziland and South Africa.

2nd May, departing Eswatini for SA. Swazi side 7 minutes total. SA side 30 minutes. ( 11.34AM to 12H17 ).SA border control, no parking anywhere, coal-trucks pushing through, ONE passport counter open, no queue control & with truck-drivers blatantly jumping the queue and pushing in, swapping their hi-viz jackets and even paperwork amongst each other. Was an embarrassing disgrace of a process compared to the efficiency of Eswatini.

The border officials from both sides were very efficient. There were a lot of cars crossing the border on that particular weekend but one didn't have to queue for long. Better than most borders I have used traveling outside the country

The level of incompetence from the eSwatini officials the ladies at the arrivals desk where so rude and had an attitude, they do not know how to properly address people. Even on my departure day I got same bad treatment from different lady officials this time. But I'd have to give credit to south African customs and immigration officials, they take their time in explaining to you what it is that they need from you and where to acquire it.
