Acupuncture is awesome and so is Ray. I am deeply grateful for the recovery I made from a bad knee injury in October 2018. I could hardly walk after injuring my knee. Within 6 sessions, I was pretty much back to normal. Recently I twisted the same knee badly. Together with Acupuncture and Physiotherapy, my knee is almost back to its old self. Without hesitation I would highly recommend Acupuncture and Ray. She is professional, knowledgeable, extremely capable and empathetic. I would recommend acupuncture for overall good health, especially with the stressful lives we lead. It has helped my back and relieved tension in my body too. If you are considering having acupuncture I'd say go for it!

I had many Acupuncture sessions for a variety of health issues. My arthritis pains subsided, my asthma is controlled. I admit that I was scared, it was my first time, I actually enjoyed it. I felt amazing, even felt like I was floating. In a way it is additive, I really want to do as many sessions as possible...... I have to remind myself that healing takes time and cannot be done overnight.I recommend this to as many people, family, and friend and work colleagues. Try it, this could be what helps you heal.
