Good customer service however poor quality nails, in just 5 days nails are falling off already(no hard labor done) . And they have limited color options

My sister and I went to get our nails done, they never sanitized anything once, the lady who helped me made my fingers bleed repeatedly and she ignored what I asked when I asked for short nails and made it very long (I asked repeatedly for my nails to be made shorter) they charged extra for using a glitter acrylic. I will never go back. After paying R490 for this service!!

After being disappointed by another nail bar, I walked in to dream nails as i wanted my nails done for my return to work.They accommodated me no problem and I'm very happy with the service and friendly nail technician

There was no Receptionist to take calls and assist clients or take payments. It was only the two therapists. We made an appointment but on arrival my mom had to wait 20mins to start her Soak off and Gel manicure. And her therapist was in between her and another client and taking payment EXTREMELY unprofessional! My therapist cut 8 of my cuticles with the nail file, burnt my nail bed by filing too hard she did this numerous times!! She did not shape my nails the way I wanted and painted the gel color 5 times!!! Leaving my nails painful, bleeding and looking like an eagles beak!! My moms gelish broke 2 days ago and my acrylic is lifting!!! This was a waste of money and time!!!! I am in the health and beauty industry since 2006, worked on International cruise ships worldwide so I KNOW what must be done and how!! That place was filthy!!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!!

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. Decor is a bit tired and worn but the service is good.
