Had a lovely shopping experience. Hate that their shelves are always out of stock on the baby products isle

Nurse giving the COVID vaccine shots is rude and unwelcoming. She gave me the shot while sitting down across the table from me. She never got out of the chair once since I entered the room. She didnt introduce herself. She didn't have a name tag.She didn't show me the vial, label or expiry date of what she injected me with. The needle and syringe were already out of their packs and on the desk when I got in the room. She let other patients come in to collect their cards while she was consulting with me, no patient confidentiality. The cards were sitting in front of me where I could clearly read the names on them, no regard for POPI. She almost gave a card to the wrong person but then realized it was a female name on the card and the collector was male, she asked him to verify his details while I was sitting there to hear everything and then she asked me to call out for one of the patients to come collect their card on my way out. The whole experience was like being in a government clinic and that is service I actually paid for.

Lovely specials Christmas time. We normally get our toiletries here.Specials and discounts galore!The makeup and beauty isle always attracts my eye. I would like to see more specials for baby products though. The chemist provides meds you require and staff are always on duty during trading hours. It also has a great ticket system, meaning that no other people can sneak in ahead of you.

It is such a time saver for a store like clicks to be on the main road. My wife gets all her toiletries there as well as our baby's things. Now I don't mind going to spar to get those club card points because they are on my petrol route. This branch recently opened a pharmacy and now I'm able to get 3 things done in one store.

Be very careful of prices on shelf vs price at till - promotion stickers are misleading

I've had the poorest of experience in a shopping complex with this store. On Friday, 1 April 2022 I entered the store to get my 2nd jab of Pfizer with my child, only to be accused of theft/stealing when I leave. That was after I paid for things I eventually decided to buy. Also discovering that the store doesn't have surveillance cameras left me in utter disbelief and feeling unsafe as a customer (because that means if anything happened to me, there would be no evidence) The worst part is when the security guard lead me to the staff/locker room to question and photograph me with items he instructed me to hold so that it looks like I was caught red handed. (Items which I found, he couldn't even find them.) When I asked for footage to show how the mascara, eyeliner and lipstick ended up in my backpack there was no response from the security and acting manager who was there. Meanwhile it was my 4-year-old child who put those items in the backpack.The nurse who gave me the vaccine the next day was just as rude. She did the whole process sitting and leaning over the desk. Very ignorant

Staff is not informed about specials in the store then charge customers OVER THE PRICE!!!!

Very poor pharmacy service, patient not assisted to get a prescribed medication yet the phone number of a referring doctor is in the script. I was expected to buy airtime and phone.
