Not the greatest service, took them over a year to assist me with my chair.

This company had a market stall at Fourways mall. I was shown the fascial gun massager by a friendly sales lady. I was told it was R2500 going on a special for R1600. Later on I the day I stopped at another shop in Fourways mall , they were selling the exact same product for R319. I took back my purchase to Electro Medical market stall. The same sales lady now treated me with total disregard but then proceeded to complete the documents for my credit . As a sales person I would have at least try to justify the price but she didn’t because she knew she had ridiculously overcharged meBe warned this company is unethical

I got scammed by the sales rep (name: PROSPER) at Sandton City who told me I had to pay for demonstrations & since i planned to purchase a few chair for family members so I paid. Three salesmen quoted me 3 different prices which is what made me skeptical about everything. I later contacted the owner& was told demonstrations are FREE& quoted the actual price. I demanded my money back, the owner was very helpful even though Prosper denied it. Prosper then told me to take my business elsewhere& was more disrespectful because he was in trouble. Now I see why people walk passed& are not interested in the company. Disappointment, I would advice not to do business with such people.

This Africa guy very short (sales) very condescending. Probably acts gigantic probably because he has little man syndrome. He decided that I can't afford a massage chair. Ridiculous!! Here you will be judged by how they see you. He just blatantly ignored me. HomeMakersExpo Ticketpro Dome - February 2018.
