Worst service ever,a guy called me on this number +27674270707 at 17:30. Wen told him he's late 4 delivery , he responded by saying he' ll return not delivered and ram can send someone else the following day.

The polokwane drivers dont are. They couldn't reach me due to network problem in our small rural town. They didn't even show up at my gate, the securities at my comlpex confirmed it that no RAM car came. Now they returned back 300km away with my parcel. Tried arranging for a next day delivery, they agreed but the next day, no one showed up. Never been this frustrated

Bad service ever, driver call me to come n collect my order 2km away from where I am staying just because he is tired so I rushed to him by mistake I forgot my ID book then he said I return with the order back I thought he would go with me to collect I'd but he said to me I end here he just turn his car and left just like that that's how we are treated by so called RAM COURIERS POLOKWANE

Bad service. I received an email saying my parcel is delivered but I didn’t get anything. When I try to call them they say hold on for 10 minutes and never came back to me. I’m still waiting for my parcel.

Such a useless company. In Polokwane, they just don't care. People should just stop using these guys. The administration and drivers should just retire and stop painting this company with a bad name. I've been waiting for my parcel for ages and they keep on promising that they'll deliver.The next day, they'll tell you that they were at your residence but they are nowhere to be found on CCTV cameras. They don't even call you to 'if they are at your location'.I'd recommend everyone to stop using them.
