Decent reception, and friendly people but very old fashioned way of doing things, quite hard handed with cleaning ,and sticking needles in quite roughly and digging through the flesh a lot ,without numbing gel. Witch to a child this would hurt a lot.And also done my retainer very poorly , broke loose almost 4 times ,in the process my teeth moved after having very expensive braces , i also could not get my floss through the closed off gaps where it was glued shut ,where it was very important to floss and it resulted me in having severely worsened teeth-hygene, after we moved to JJS Desntestry , the also had some bad comments on the work of my retainer.

For the past five years our family of four have been travelling from Langebaan all the way from Durbanville to see Dr De Wet, and we couldn't be happier. I am terrified of injections, and Dr de Wet is the first dentist that I have found that is gentle enough to make me feel totally comfortable in the chair.All of the work done by Dr de Wet is of the highest standard, and although there are dentists who are closer to home, we will continue to make the trip to Durbanville.I recently needed to have my teeth capped due to the fact that I grind my teeth in my sleep - because of this I had worn away the enamel which made my teeth very sensitive. The experience was a lot less painful than I expected and my new teeth look fantastic, thanks to Dr de Wet and Vince at Newvision Dental Laboratory.Heather Osborn.

I am disappointed in Dr Clayton and very sad. I should of seen Dr De Wet instead. I have no trust in Dr Clayton after my experience. The staff is awesome. I went for dentures in February 2022 and I still have ulcers from my dentures. I went back for 6 months and still couldn't get it to fit without being in constant pain of ulcers. We moved and after exhausting my Medical aid I am still sitting with the problem and doesn't want to smile. I wish I can give it back.

Dr Clayton is the best. On my first visit everything was explained, any questions were answered. If you're looking for a new dentist you will not regret choosing her.

I went to Dr De Wet for the first time in 2012 for a checkup regarding my wisdom teeth. He helped me take the correct steps to get it sorted out. I went to him again in February 2013 for two fillings and I felt comfortable. Nice to know I've finally found a great local dentistry!

Dr De Wet is highly recommended, excellent at what he does and is the kindest dentist.Fixed my skew top teeth in two months!!I would not go to any other dentist.He is great with children as well!
