Best salon ever the service is excellent the customer service is outstanding i was so surprice with the skills these people have at this salon when it comes by hair my wife had her hair cut for the first time at hair pleasure unisex and let me tell you wow i almost didn't recognize her when her hair was all done she looked like a hollywood celebrity when she walked out of there all i can say is thank you so much for your service guys keep up with the good work

After years of searching I finally found my hair guru! I’ve been trying to find a “master stylist” without having drive very far. I was searching the web and by accident or actually luck, I found Stefan at hair pleasure, and even luckier wasn’t clear across town!! I met with him a few days ago and he was amazing. My past hair cuts were always the same...no style or flair but a trim on the bottom and angled on the sides and huge gaps where they tried to take out the bulk by thinning. Anyone with curly hair understands you have to treat it differently than those with straight hair.He asked how I wanted it cut. Thinking good or bad I needed a decent haircut so I shut my eyes and said he was in charge. Took a while but he cut my hair with precision and an attitude that everyone that leaves his chair represents his brand. He has a lot of pride and attention to detail with every cut and in the end it was the best hair cut I’ve ever had in my life! You bet I’m a customer for life and now that I’m familiar with his work I’ll be back for hair color and highlights. All I can say is amazing customer service people feel like family when you walk in and if you walk out you just wanna go back. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out it’s everything I wanted and more.I felt so welcomed. I would recommend this place . You can be yourself without judgement. My hair never felt better

I really needed a good stylist who could get my very thick hair in a decent, manageable style again. I was referred to Paul James by many. But i decided to try Hair Pleasure, which is just around the corner from me. As I walked in I was welcomed like an old friend. Everybody pleasant, smiling and friendly. Stefan came to me and said that he will be assisting me today. After we had a discussion about what I wanted done, he started his magic!! You can tell him what you want, but as the story unfolds, he suggests what would work better as he basically has your hair in his hands. I only wanted a cut, but he asked me to come back after my quick shopping and have my hair blown so he could see if everything fall exactly into place. He made a few changes and snipped here and there.The end result was amazing, Stefan really has talent and knows exactly what will suit ;you and how to get to that amazing end result. The girls there are supper nice and even helped my daughter, who was basically butchered by Paul James, to just get her hair into a decent shape again,,,,, for free!!! Stefan your fab and the girls .... amazing. If you want to be pampered and have a great hair do call on Stefan. Thanks a mill again.

For a men's haircut rather go somewhere else. My hair was cut 3 different lengths and they can't even trim a hairline properly. Went back for them to fix my hair and now ill have to go and shave everything off. This is the worst salon I've ever been to
