I had such an excellent experience at Hair City today, 29th of April.Not only was the wig treatment done very well, as expected, hairstylist (Nondumiso) that did my installation was exceptional. She was super friendly, listened well to what I needed. She even offeredme some refreshments. Best service I’ve received thus far. She was such a gem. The salon is really lucky to have her.

Nemah was a great and impressive stylist. She is efficient - I walked into the salon very pressed for time and she helped me with a wash (afro hair), cornrows, wig selection and glueless installation, all within 40mins. I truly was happy when I left the salon. The service was great. She is also very knowledgeable because while she was doing my hair, her colleagues often sought product guidance from her, which she provided graciously making sure to first inquire about the customer’s scalp and other hair needs before making a thoughtful recommendation.

Best hair handling experience. Both natural hair and wigs. I have never been willing to go to another hair salon ever since I started coming here. The staff is amazing. The most amazing people I’ve ever met. Very kind and take care of you holistically. Nema and Nyasha are the best. I’m always happy with the service here. Keep up the good work girls

I bought a wig from there and it's horrible. R4000 FOR A UNIT THAT SHEDS AND IS HORRIBLY FRAGILE. It tangles and I have tried all manners of treatments on it to no avail. Honestly guys save your money and go to San Hair or her Majesty. I am so angry, its like wearing a wig made from split ends and the receptionist was so rude.I wish I could give you a negative if it were possible. Shame on you guys

I enjoyed my visit at Hair City Mall of Africa branch all the time. The sales assistants are friendly, I was assisted by Delange she was friendly and professional and helped me get a gorgeous wig. The quality of hair is top notch, I recommend.

The Mall of Africa branch is truly my second home. The staff are all warm and very welcoming. You can find Lerato on the floor with a smile and loads of knowledge about all things hair. My preferred stylist is Phephisane...to say she is good at what she does is an understatement! Overall the store is great and stocks superb quality hair.

I came into Hair City Mall of Africa 2 weeks ago to purchase a wig and the team made the experience so smooth! I was assisted by Delange who was so friendly, respectful and bubbly, she made my purchase such a breeze! Absolutely love my wig and will be coming back in for another one soon.
