Very poor workmanship, all new parts were not replaced/fitted correctly. Some parts were not replaced at all and I was told that the parts were not on my vehicle upon arriving at their workshop, fortunately I went to their workshop to check on the progress (6months later) and I took pictures. If I hadn’t taken those pictures, I would’ve lost my parts.

Had a small dent fixed at Summit in June 2021, they also did some painting on the front. Firstly, they painted my car in the wrong shade and told me the darkness of the paint will fade with time, it never did. Secondly, In a year and almost 6 months most of the car being painted, the paint has peeled off so bad it makes me want to cry when I look at my car. Took it in to show them first week of November, I was told they can repaint but they are fully booked for the year. I regret ever taking my car to them.

I am utterly disgusted with Summit outo service. I have a vehicle that is on repair since March 2022 and till to date its not done. That service advisor dealing with my car doesn't even call back. I have been calling for the 5th time to request her to prioritize that car.
