The most rudest lady on the telephone ever.Can't get thru so drove all the way to them. Once you get there she cant greet cause she is busy making personla calls as you cant get thru amd throws you with the pappers you need. Need to let her go if she does not want to do the job she was hired to do

I am going to have to agree with a fellow reviewer. The one lady who works there is extremely rude over the phone. She is so impolite it's actually disgusting. First of all, her tone, not at all acceptable. Then the fact that upon further inquiry she hung up on me. I called again in a few minutes and another lady answered and was quite helpful. To the rude lady, yes I could hear your remarks in the background. If you had answered the second time, we would have had a discussion regarding your poor attitude. Consider that bullet dodged. I am not someone to keep to myself. If this is how you treat customers, you may as well shut your doors now.
