dont buy anything from this place. Speak Out also had to assist a customer from this place. Owner feels very brave because he has a friend in the Germiston Police Station.

Bad experience and the sad part is both times I went there there were more than two clients complaining about their furniture not been down properly or waiting for their furniture more than the agreed time.The owner will keep lying to you until you ask for refunds and when you do he will give you a disgusting attitude.

I just made my order crossing my fingers that all go's well.

Horrible horrible experience. They promised to deliver 1 day. More than a week later they still haven't delivered the goods that i fully paid for. They don't even bother to communicate. Each time i call them they promise to deliver and they don't! Taking further steps to get my money and my goods

Lotus upholstery provides terrible. The owner Saad, lies to get business by promising you fast professional upholstery service. Once he has your furniture then he has alot of stories. Their workmanship is absolutely pathetic. When you turn the set upside-down you will be shocked with the finishing work. New material is torn and he wants to use black shoe polish to hide it. There is another old man working in the front and he is just as bad. I took my lounge suit there, after showing him exactly what was wrong he quoted and promised it will look like new. They dont keep you updated, all he wants is for you to settle the outstanding amount and once you do that he has alot of stories to complete the work. He did not even clean the lounge saying that he diesnt have to clean it since I supplied my own leather. If you want to loose money and get terrible work done to your beloved furniture, then you must take it there. In my opinion they might have a shop where they operate from but his work which is done by all those foreigners working for him, is no better then those guys working from the backyard, I am sure you would actually get better service and quality from those unprofessional guys in the squatter camp.Lesson: Lotus upholstery is daylight robbers.

Terrible service I'm a 2nd time customer the 1st time I bought a couch from them this time around I went for new seat cushions, I paid upfrontWas asked for dimensions by a lady by the name of shantal recieved the cushions 4 weeks later and the longer cushion is not as per the dimensions given.When I complained I was told that they can't help as the cushions was cut to size so why ask me for dimensions.They are very quick to take your money but don't deliver on their promisePlease don't support this business their customer service is terrible
