Bare minimum is always done. Need to supervise. Owner is rather rude.Took a couple months to get our grass laid down after ordering it, and then still took two sessions to get it done, and in the meantime very little feedback was given about timing and when we could expect it. Poor communication!Load shedding occurs, and they cant ring doorbell so just leave without trying to call my cell etc while I’m on premises waiting! Then say its my fault the doorbell isn’t ringing and that the crew doesn’t have my cell number! Pssh! Phone the LM office to get it? Make a plan... think?Pull up your socks, you’re in the service industry LM, or is it time to look for someone else?!
