Still waiting for a technician to sort out our problem. He was there last week.3 Ploverstreet Velddrif but alarm of no use to us as it goes off without activation

They don't answer phone calls. I have to phone ADT Cape Town then they contact ADT Vredenburg but Vredenburg also don't answer phone calls from ADT Cape Town. Really feel frustrated when i need to resolve issues with ADT Vredenburg.
