Food good as always. Nando's consistency. However, this particular branch gets very busy during the month end weekends. So a 15 minute wait ended up becoming a one hour wait. My advice is that you should order and pay online an hour before, then go collect. Otherwise, brilliant people and great service in general.

The meals we ordered were terribly stale and gave us a tummy ache. Very disappointed this one time as previous visits have been great.

The restaurant is good. However, don't go when the load shedding (rather use the drive thru) because there is a lot of smoke in the establishment due to the gas stoves. They can never get my well-done chicken order right.

Excellent food. Chicken flavorful and moist. Service could have been a little better and cutlery/utensils can be cleaner. Generally a good place to dine out with friends and family.Follow up 7 months later. Food is definitely up to scratch. Service is blisteringly fast. Very well done.Review 3 months later. Awesome service and food. Super quick and fresh. Keep it up!

Had a great time with the family ,seating was a pit crazy due to the fact that we had an infant but honestly speaking best putting even and the waiters and waitresses were amazing ,the prices are reasonable. Good place to eat

I was at this place with my ceo and colleagues it was really nice....the parking it's enough for many cars and also their restaurant has enough space...we were more than 20 but still we were occupied nicest and served nicely too.....

Good Day Nando’s TeamI am quite shocked at this store’s customer service. Here’s my experience:I ordered two quarter chicken meals and requested for extra sauce on both. I confirmed this at each drive through point.When I arrived at home I realised that both orders had no sauce at all - photo attached.So I proceeded to fill out the online form. The next day, I was contacted by a manger from the store. I explained to him that this is the second time I have received an incorrect order from this store in a period of two consecutive weeks.The previous time, they forgot to put my chicken in the bag.The person I spoke to said that his sorry and that was it. He also said that he knows that no one comes to Nando’s for their chicken but their sauce. Whilst still conversing, the call cut and that was it.Please look into your service, mistakes do happen but twice in a short period with the same customer should definitely be given more attention.

The drive-through that I used was very slow.Chicken was nice, but the coleslaw dry and unappetizing.
